Three plans, by who you are. No feature add-ons.
Pricing pages usually hide the thing that costs money. Ours is the AI reading, and Settings shows it: this month against the cap, and what each sync run cost. Every plan has the whole product; Free is capped by volume, because volume is what costs us. Nothing needs a card until you choose to pay.

No card on Free. Free never expires. If a practice stops paying for a client's seat, the client may move to Personal or fall to Free, and the practice can never delete the client's records.
Plans are by who you are, not by which buttons you may press.
A feature gate is an arbitrary line. A volume cap tracks what the reading costs us, so that is the only line we draw. There is no Pro tier, and no add-on for maps, documents, handovers or Xero. If we ever meter anything, it will be the AI reading, and it will show on the meter.

Paste a key from Anthropic or OpenAI and the reading runs on your contract, your bill and your data-processing relationship. The meter still counts it. Nothing else about the plan changes.

What happens at the cap?
Reading stops. Capture and search carry on, nothing is lost, and the meter tells you why. Lift the cap or wait for the month to turn.
Will I be charged above the allowance?
Not today. Charging above an allowance is not built; hitting the quota stops classification instead. When metering ships, the meter you already see is what it bills from.
Why is the meter in dollars?
Because the AI providers bill in dollars and we pass the figure through unconverted. Plan prices are in pounds.
Can I leave with my records?
Yes. CSV and handover packs today; whole-account export is a condition of public launch. Your records are never training data.
Accounts are by invitation while prices are settled. Ask, and a person answers.
