Every phone scan is pinned on a map. Trips assemble themselves from the pins, keep an elsewhere bucket rather than dropping anything, and the map says how many bills it has not placed. Foreign receipts convert at the rate on the day.

The photo is read on the phone before the form opens. The form fills once; you confirm or correct it. Every bill keeps a source chip: Email, Camera, Shared, Uploaded, Manual, Wallet or Other.

Gmail and Outlook through their own APIs, not a forwarding address. A coverage bar per account shows what is synced, partly scanned or never scanned; click a gap to arm a backfill.

Is my data safe?
Kivolio trains no model of its own; what each AI provider may do is set out in the privacy policy. It also names every outside service we call, and there is no telemetry. The full list.
Do I need this for MTD?
No. A shoebox once a quarter is compliant, and we do not file to HMRC. What we do is make sure the shoebox is already full and searchable when the quarter closes.
What does the AI cost?
You see it: $3.51 for one account's first twelve days, including backfills. A $25 a month cap is on by default and only you can lift it.
